Training Plan

Curated by Coach Fabio Spezzani of Run Different.
Generic training sheets for the Mezza Maratona d’Italia, suitable for all types of runners: beginners, amateurs, and more experienced runners. The program has a single goal: to run the Mezza Maratona d’Italia on March 29, 2026.

The December training plan is available only for the “21 km First Time” category. All other plans will be available for download starting January 2026.

The Coach

Fabio Spezzani, with a master’s degree in Exercise Science, became a FIDAL-certified coach in 2010. Over the past fifteen years, he has dedicated himself to the world of running, coaching athletes of all ages and levels—from youth runners to amateurs, across distances from 800 meters to ultramarathons.

In 2019, he founded Run Different and began collaborating with the Associazione Sportiva Ferrari, taking on the role of coach for the Podismo group.
