The renewed route and the official jerseys of the Mezza Maratona d’Italia “Memorial Enzo Ferrari” created by Brooks Running, the event’s Official Technical Partner, were presented today at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena. At the heart of the 2026 edition is the connection with the territory, the municipalities involved, and the engagement of the volunteer network.
Modena, 23 February 2026 — Expectations are rising in the municipalities that will host one of the flagship races of the 2026 running season, where the bond between the Prancing Horse and the territory is confirmed as a solid union built on tradition, passion, and vision.
On the last weekend of March, the Mezza Maratona d’Italia “Memorial Enzo Ferrari” organized by RCS Sports & Events and hosted by Ferrari, will pass through Maranello, Fiorano Modenese, Formigine, and Modena. It will ignite the hearts of all present well beyond 15,000 beats per minute: the runners on the starting line, their companions, and the many spectators and fans will experience a moment of sport and celebration in the places of legend, discovering their beauty and uniqueness.
The new edition is nearing a sell-out with a record number of registrations across all distances: over 15,000 participants, including a sharp increase from abroad—one third of all entrants.

The local community remains at the center of the initiative: all proceeds from registrations and partner contributions, net of organizational costs, will support projects to upgrade sports facilities in the schools of the municipalities along the race route.
A Red Line that connects
The exceptional route makes the experience unforgettable and defines the Mezza Maratona d’Italia “Memorial Enzo Ferrari” within the panorama of road races, and especially in the hearts of enthusiasts.
The entire route tells the story linking Ferrari’s beating heart to the surrounding territories. It is a story born from a dream in March 1947, when the first car bearing the Prancing Horse logo rolled out of the Maranello factory.
Maranello, Fiorano, Formigine, and Modena will become the stage of a spectacular three-day celebration open to athletes, families, fans, and employees, where running and speed take center stage.
The beating heart of all three distances, 21km, 10km, and the 5km Family Run, will be the Ferrari headquarters. Runners will take off from in front of the Ferrari Museum in Maranello and then enter the tracks of dreams. The first segment will be on the historic Fiorano Circuit, followed by the brand-new e‑Vortex circuit, built in just a few months for Ferrari testing to provide even more objective performance assessments while reducing local traffic impact. Here, runners will enjoy an unforgettable experience as they pass around the innovative banked curve.
From there, the course returns to the historic Fiorano Circuit, the roaring stage of test runs. The route then heads toward Scuderia Ferrari, where Formula 1 cars are born, and crosses through the historic entrance of the factory.
Whether running or taking a “pit stop” for a photo, athletes will pass along Viale Enzo Ferrari, the central axis of the Ferrari campus. Running on this avenue means crossing a symbolic threshold, from the production heart to the city, from Ferrari’s world to the community that hosts it.
The passage is a true journey through Ferrari’s identity, with architecture by great 20th-century masters and avenues that reflect decades of engineering innovation and manufacturing tradition. Runners will also pass the futuristic e‑Building, a testament to Ferrari’s continuous innovation.
After leaving the Ferrari complex, the race continues through Maranello and Fiorano Modenese. The 21km runners proceed toward Modena along a route rich in highlights, including Formigine and its castle, before entering the city and admiring the historic center and the Ghirlandina Tower.
The race finishes in front of the Ducal Palace, where runners will use every last breath to reach the finish line. A 21.097 km red line, with every meter leaving an indelible memory.
The Official Jerseys and the Iconic Identity of the Race
Not only the route, but a strong visual identity, consistent with the event’s communication strategy, pays tribute to the race.
During the press conference, the official 2026 jerseys, designed by Brooks Running, were unveiled. The design reflects the values of performance, precision, and style that define these places, with one jersey for the half marathon and versions dedicated to the 10km and 5km distances.
Each jersey symbolizes the journey the runner is about to undertake and graphically pays tribute to the territories crossed, represented through distinctive lines and colors:

Volunteers on the Front Line
